Privacy

We collect only the information you give us (business name, contact details, what you want built). We use that information to build your site and to email you about it. We don't sell your information.

Sub-processors we share data with

• Email — Resend (transactional sends).
• Payments — Stripe (checkout, subscriptions, payouts).
• Hosting + CDN — Cloudflare.
• AI generation — Google (Gemini) and, optionally, Anthropic (Claude).
• Review aggregation — Google Places / Yelp Fusion / Trustpilot RSS (we only fetch reviews you explicitly link).

Each has its own privacy policy that applies to the data we send.

GDPR / CCPA

EU / California residents have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold on them. Email [email protected] and we will action the request within 30 days.

Reviews policy

We do not display fake reviews. Every customer testimonial shown on a generated site must be linked to a real social-media source (Google, Facebook, Yelp, or Trustpilot) with a public URL that visitors can verify.

Affiliate & reseller disclosures

Our affiliate program pays referrers a commission on every payment a referred customer makes. Affiliates must disclose this compensation in any promotional content per FTC Endorsement Guides. Resellers act on behalf of their own clients; the reseller is the contracting party to that client.
